DPI 312 - Sparking Social Change

Whilst looking for a job I have secured a position as Course Assistant with Prof Mark Moore.  He is the guru on Creating Public Value and being a social change agent.

Incidentally he is also working with the SA premier on a project and will be in Adelaide in November.
